Wolf of Pump Street is a satirical Wall Street tycoon idle game with original characters. It is a work of parody and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any film, television show, real person, company, or brand.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use crypto assets and interact with decentralized applications. The Service is not directed to children.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. The Service is not available where prohibited, including any jurisdiction where the use of crypto tokens or related features is restricted or unlawful. Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions.
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $WOPS and all in-game assets are provided for entertainment and gameplay only. We make no promise or guarantee of any value, price, liquidity, yield, profit, or return. The daily $WOPS pool, rewards, and emissions may change or end at any time.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, automate, script, manipulate the economy or leaderboard, use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage, or interfere with the Service or other players. We may suspend access, reset progress, or withhold rewards for abuse, at our discretion.
All characters, art, names, code, and content are original and owned by the project or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative commercial works without permission. The “Wolf of Pump Street” theme is original parody and not connected to any third-party property.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, security, or that the Service will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost tokens, or losses arising from your use of the Service, wallet, blockchain, or third-party tools.
The Service relies on third parties we don’t control, including the Solana network, wallet providers, RPC providers, token launchpads/DEXs, and hosting/database providers. Their availability, fees, and terms are outside our control and may affect the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including game mechanics, the token, the pool, or these Terms — at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may terminate or restrict access at our discretion.
